Why we exist
Founder Francis Morla grew up in the eastern Dominican Republic as tourism transformed the region. Working close to that economy revealed both its opportunity and its imbalance: international interest was growing, but trustworthy navigation remained difficult.
He studied law to understand the system from the inside—its invisible lines of ownership, liability, procedure and protection. Leveraid was founded in 2025 to turn that knowledge into a disciplined advisory path for investors.
The result is not a brokerage or sales agency. It is an ally that connects market context, legal architecture and practical execution from first question to long-term follow-through.
